Responsibilities:
The Retirement and Investor Services Distribution (RIS Distribution) SWAT team is looking for a marketing assistant/marketing coordinator to join their team. In this role you will have the opportunity to provide marketing support for RIS Distribution through developing presentation materials, assisting in the creation of new marketing and training materials and handling various field requests for retirement plan-related training and marketing materials.
Required skills:
- College degree or equivalent
- Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work with appropriate attention to detail is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be adaptable, flexible and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment
Preferred skills:
- Advanced experience with PowerPoint
- Exposure/experience modifying PDF documents
- Sales and/or Request for Proposals (RFP) experience
- Meeting/event planning experience
